RETURN POLICY
Herbalife guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident that our consumers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from us, you may request a refund from the Distributor within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product.

REFUND POLICY
Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct. If a return is needed please follow the instructions below after you have received your order.

For a refund within 30 days of receiving your products, please email gideon@herbalshop.co.za for return instructions. Terms & Conditions apply. (Unfortunately, I do not accept returns after 30 days). You need to initiate the return within thirty (30) days of your first receiving it. No exceptions.

DISTRIBUTORS AND WHOLESALE MEMBERS
All sales made to Distributors and Wholesale Members are final, and no returns will be accepted by herbalshop.co.za. or Herbalife International.
Wholesale memberships are non-refundable.

SHIPPING STANDARDS
I employ Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm are usually sent to the warehouse the same business day. While it is not guaranteed, these orders often ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders normally ship the next business day.
  • Orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
  • Orders placed on holidays, weekends or during the beginning and end of the month can be delayed on rare occasions.
