Note: For all the shakes below, combine the ingredients (including the Personalised Protein Powder) according to your personalized meal plan, blend and enjoy.

Easy-on-the-go Shakes

Yogurt 

Lowfat Yogurt - Quick "on the run" recipe

(Snack shake)

  • Take 1 x 200ml Suger Free, Low fat yogurt.
  • Eat a couple spoonfuls for room to add Formula 1 and to stir.
  • Add 2 x Heaped Tablespoons Formula 1, stir, eat.

    (Keep plastic spoons in your car and at your desk)

 Herbalife Shakers

Use your Herbalife Shaker

  • Add 100ml (6-8 tablet spoons) yoghurt, sugar free, low fat yogurt
  • Add 250ml cold water
  • Add 3 -4 ice cubes (optional)
  • Add 2 - 3 x Heaped table spoons Formula 1
  • Shake and enjoy

Exotic Shakes, only takes 2 minutes to make!

Use your blender:

Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.


Tip: Frozen fruit available from the supermarket freezer, tastes great as well as serves as ice cubes when making shake or smoothie.
